1. If we make a disicion to spend more on health care, we will spend  little to maintain equipments and make funding for research. And if we rise the health care costs, the insurance which would be provided to employee will reduce.

2. First, health care systems need to finance crisis care or give public primary health care. Second, older people require more services, and the life expectancy rises quickly. Third, we need money to establish some available treatment for patients who need it most.

There are three reasons why medical experts, the centers for Disease control and U.S.government had slower response to AIDS.(medical experts disregard it was a new disease; Center for Disease Control gives a slow reaction; Government feel uncomfortable to talk about behaviors that is associated with the disease.)So the condition of inoperable in unusual health problem had been discovered and named AIDS until 1982. And medical science, scientists and researchers provide basic information about AIDS to public, such as cause, transmission, diagnosis. Between 1984 and 1989, The number of AIDS cases rosed and then fell. And it still cause too many people death. The increasing AIDS infections show that AIDS will become global epidemic at the end of twentieth century. Thus, government contributed billion dollars on AIDS research. And the progress in how to treat and prevent AIDS has promoted after that. In spite of promotion in rearches, The antiviral drugs did not work for every case, and virus change rapidly result in the effective treatment and vaccine wouldn’t come up in the future. It seems that prevention programs are a simply way to prevent people from infecting AIDS. Yet, there are number of factors block the developing of prevention programs. The biggest one is many countries can not finance the high cost for prevention programs. The sencond factor is people feel uncomfortable to speak openly about behaviors that is associated with AIDS.(illegal drug use and homesextual sex) The third factor is many people still erroneous think only homosexual men and illegal-drug users have risk for AIDS. And Experts still think it is hard to hange public attitudes and behaviors associated with AIDS.

The UK study shows the new gene therapy maybe help people destroy cancer cells without affecting the healthy organs. The technique wraps up genes in microscopic nano-particles that will enclose the cancerous environment and raplace it. This technique may have fewer associated side effects and give potential hope to people with hard-to-treat cancer or inoperable conditions. Athough the human trials will be conducted in two years, it  is also an exciting news.
response:
According to CNN, the new technique in gene therapy  trial will be conducted in human subjects. but in my opinion, I can not say it works. I did some research when I was in high school. Although mice and man have the same chromosomes and their genes are 99% similar, man and mice have different immune systems.  So the outcomes is distinct from one another. As far as I’m concerned, the trial in man still has a long way to go. That is why man are man, mice are mice.

Genetic research is researching on some disease related to gene. That is a way to diagnose people’s disease in advance. People can know what kind of disease they may have in the future. So they could take measure to prevent themselves from that disease. Such as accept some treatments or have regular and healthy diet.
