The immigrants acrossed the Atlantic by ship with little more than a suitacase.  A number of factors cause them leave their homes. Some of them escape from political oppression. Some are seek jobs on the open market, and some of them had been threated by their physical survival. Others, like Jews want to escape widespread prejudice and violence… Different people have different enducational backgrounds, but Most of immigrants willing to make sacrifices for their future in American. The chart on page 43 shows that the population of older have increased rapidly from 1950 to 2000. And the predict tendency about population of older in 2050 will increase  persistence. That is one of the factors which attributa to rise costs in health care. In modern time, older can get more advanced treatment that result in a long life expectancy.

The chart on page 45 shows that wealthy countries can get more medical security than poor countries. So the money is the big reason why the poor countries have higher death rate.
